Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using monlok.mn, creating a registered account, or managing a business listing, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in full.

2. Scope of the Service

monlok.mn is the marketing surface of the Monlok ecosystem and includes:

• Marketing site — overview of the MonLok consumer app and the MonLok Business business owner platform.
• Business dashboard (/business) — where business owners log in with email OTP and UUID claim to manage their listings.
• Public listing pages (/app/business/[id]) — where visitors can view a business name, city, and photos.

3. Eligibility

• To create a business account, you must be a Mongolian citizen aged 18+.
• The marketing site is open to anyone aged 13+.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of businesses you do not own or represent.

4. UUID Claim

• UUIDs are issued only after verification by our support team (help@monlok.mn).
• You may not share or distribute the UUID.
• Once claimed, all listing management rights are transferred to your account.

5. Accuracy of Business Information

We recommend calling the business directly before visiting.

6. Business Owner Obligations

• Keep business name, address, phone, hours, menu, and photos accurate.
• Do not use anyone else's name, logo, or trademark without authorization.
• Do not promote illegal businesses or businesses without required licenses.
• Use customer data (name, phone) only for the intended reservation purpose.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fake listings or attempting to log in with someone else's UUID.
• Using bots or scripts.
• Reverse-engineering the site or its infrastructure.
• Spam, phishing.
• Illegal content.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and the apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Monlok and its team shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by inaccurate listing information.
• Lost revenue caused by site downtime.
• Failures of third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google).
• Cyberattacks.

11. Intellectual Property

The Monlok, MonLok Business, and MonLok logos, names, design, code, and database structure belong to the Monlok team. They may not be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Sukhbaatar District Civil Court of First Instance, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
